Sales Trainee Start Learning Roofing Sales

Position: Roofing Sales Trainee

We are hiring motivated individuals who wants a real sales career in a high demand industry. No roofing sales experience required! Just bring your energy, sales passion, and your drive to win!

Responsibilities

  • Canvass neighborhoods and meet homeowners in storm affected area
  • Perform roof inspection for storm related damage (training provided)
  • Educate homeowners on the insurance and storm damage replacement process for their roof.
  • Close sale and complete all necessary paperwork

Ideal Candidate

  • This is a good fit if you have sales, construction, or canvassing experience

Position Offer

  • First Year – Earn up to $100K-$150K+
  • Second Year - Earn up to $150K-$250K+
  • Full training and continuous coaching
