Property Inspector Sales Trainee

Position: Property Inspector Sales Trainee

We are expanding our sales team, and we are hiring motivated Roofing Sales Representatives and Trainees. No roofing sales experience required – we train the right people.

Responsibilities

  • Canvass local neighborhoods to identify homes with potential storm damage
  • Perform simple roof inspections
  • Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
  • Complete basic paperwork and documentation

Requirements:

  • Roofing sales experience OR experience in another sales role (we provide full industry training)
  • Comfortable working outdoors and canvassing neighborhoods
  • Comfortable climbing a ladder and performing inspections

Position Offer:

  • $100K to $250K per year (top reps exceed this!)
