Canvassing Sales Representative (No Experience, We Train)

Company: The Best Roofing company of it's kind in PA , and VA Markets. Providing roof replacement and storm restoration. We are growing and opening opportunities for driven sales representatives to join our team

Position: Canvassing Sales Representative

We are immediately hiring for motivated sales reps and trainees to join our top performing roofing sales team. No roofing sales experience required — we fully train you.

Responsibilities

  • Canvass assigned neighborhoods to identify storm-damaged roofs
  • Perform basic roof inspections (training provided)
  • Educate homeowners on insurance-covered replacements
  • Process paperwork and close sales

Requirements

  • Previous sales or canvassing experience (roofing sales is preferred but not required)
  • Comfortable working outdoors and visiting homeowners
  • Willing and capable to perform roof inspections.
  • Reliable transportation (car/truck)

Compensation

  • $150K-$250K+ earning potential
  • Full training provided
